Delve Underground announced that Darlene Brown has retired from her role as Chief Financial Officer after a distinguished 7-year career with the company. She will continue to serve on the Delve Underground Board of Directors for the current term.

Darlene joined Delve Underground in 2017 and has worked in the AEC industry since 1996, many of those years as CFO. She was involved in nearly all facets of company leadership and collaborated closely with operations to improve company performance.

“I want to thank Darlene for her many years of service to Delve Underground as CFO and for the impact she has had on the company,” said Victor Romero, President and Chief Executive Officer of Delve Underground. “Darlene has been a great confidant and driven a strategic vision for the company’s financial success, and she leaves Delve Underground in a strong position for the future.”

Delve Underground also announced that Jason Haggard, a 6-year veteran of the company, has assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. Jason joined Delve Underground in 2017 and served as Director of Finance and Accounting. Prior to joining Delve Underground, Jason was a controller and CFO for a construction contractor. Jason is a certified public accountant with an MS in finance and has a certificate in global business from Seattle University and a BS in chemical engineering from the University of Washington.

“I am pleased that Jason Haggard is succeeding Darlene as CFO, a testament to our strong talent bench and thoughtful succession planning from within. I am confident he is the right leader to take on this important leadership role and continue to deliver on our mission, vision, and financial success,” said Victor.
