Meet Su Soe, PE

Su Soe is a project engineer based in our Walnut Creek office. Su has eight years of experience providing support for a variety of geotechnical, civil, and underground projects.

Meet Bade Sozer, PhD, PE

Bade Sozer is a principal engineer and water market lead (East) with more than 18 years of experience with a focus on geotechnical engineering and tunnel and underground structure design. 

“Pressure tunnels play a critical role for water supply systems and hydro projects. They have unique challenges that are very dependent on proper characterization of the geology and understanding how rock interacts with the lining.”


Meet Kush Chohan, PE, GE, PMP

Kush is a principal tunnel and geotechnical engineer with over 18 years of hands-on experience in civil and geotechnical engineering.

“I started at Delve Underground as a Staff Engineer and worked my way up. Last year, I was promoted to Principal, which was a great honor for me. Many of my generation tend to move between firms, so being able to say that I’ve grown with the same firm is something I am truly proud of. It’s been an incredible journey, and I am motivated by what the future holds.”

Meet Amanda Morgan, PE 

Amanda is a principal engineer with over 22 years of experience, specializing in geotechnical engineering with an emphasis on underground construction. In this video, Amanda reflects on her evolution from early tunnel design work in Seattle to guiding complex projects in Washington, DC, emphasizing the teamwork and innovation that define the Firm’s culture.
