Across every Delve Underground office, our people donate their time and skills to their communities through volunteer service.
We offer volunteer time off and company matching policies to encourage giving back, as well as working with local and national organizations to support those in the most need.
Regional events include volunteering at local food banks, build days for Habitat for Humanity, volunteering in schools to promote STEM education, clean up events in our National Parks, and participating in running, walking, and cycling fundraisers.
Featured Organization
Among our many initiatives, Delve Underground has partnered with Bridges to Prosperity since 2020. Bridges to Prosperity is a nonprofit organization that has built over 250 footbridges serving over one million people in rural and isolated communities across the world. Almost one billion people around the world don’t have safe access to critical resources like healthcare, education, and employment because of an impassable river. Bridge builds to date have included the Cyarera Bridge in Rwanda and Sanzara Bridge in Uganda.
