Committee Mission

Cultivate a workplace where everyone’s ideas and opinions are heard and valued and where everyone is free to bring their whole selves to work. We aspire to build a welcoming workplace that values our differences and uniqueness.

Committee Goals

  • Address inclusion and belonging initiatives in a townhall meeting, led by our president
  • Include mandatory annual training that covers general inclusion and belonging topics.
  • Survey staff for feedback on specific inclusion and belonging topics they would like to learn more about and dive deeper into.
  • Provide in-depth in-person training within the offices to cover these topics in more detail.
