In late April, our dedicated team members from the Portland office devoted a day to a meaningful cause by participating in a trail cleanup event organized by Trailkeepers of Oregon (TKO). TKO is a non-profit organization committed to safeguarding and enriching the hiking experience in Oregon through a multifaceted approach that includes advocacy, stewardship, outreach, and education.

During this rewarding day of service, our team rolled up their sleeves and embarked on a trail improvement mission. The focus was on enhancing the overall hiking experience by expanding an existing trail to make it more accessible and user-friendly for future outdoor enthusiasts. This involved a lot of hands-on work, from digging and shoveling to hauling dirt to strategic locations along the trail.

Our participation in this initiative reflects our deep-rooted commitment to environmental stewardship and community engagement. We recognize the importance of preserving and enhancing the natural beauty of Oregon's trails, not only for our own enjoyment but for the benefit of all who seek solace and adventure in the great outdoors. By collaborating with TKO, we actively contribute to the ongoing effort to ensure that these trails remain both pristine and accessible, allowing more people to connect with the stunning landscapes that make Oregon such a remarkable place to explore.

Volunteers included Daniel Lita, Devin Roth, Alexis Judy, and Glynis Prakash.
