Community, Technical Insights, and Engineering Excellence

This issue of Segments digs into the technical side of our work, featuring two insightful articles on services for emergency repairs. Explore our expertise in handling railroad tunnel fires, portal structure collapses, and rock slope failures. Plus, get an update on Idaho’s State Highway 55, where we swiftly responded to a series of rock slope failures.

We’re also excited to share progress on the Sydney Metro West Eastern Tunnelling Project (ETP), a significant expansion of the Sydney Metro. The ETP, which is 3.5 kilometers (2.2 mi) of tunnel, will service growing populations of the western suburbs of Sydney, Australia, from greater Parramatta to Sydney central business district.

Additionally, don’t miss our technical insights on Using Buried Structures for Highway Bridge Applications, and check out our employee spotlight video featuring Bade Sozer as she discusses her career at Delve Underground.

Finally, we shine a spotlight on our dedication to fostering vibrant communities. Check out page 3 to learn more about how Delve Underground offices across our regions volunteer and give back.
