Paragon Award
The Paragon Award is given to an employee who maintains a positive attitude, works with strong principles, displays a high level of fairness and professionalism, pays great attention to detail, and is a valuable team player. The 2024 Paragon Award winner is Carly James, an Accounting Specialist based out of our Seattle office with over 6 years of accounting experience.
Groundbreaker Award
The Groundbreaker Award is given to an employee who demonstrates creativity and innovation, has meticulous attention to detail, possesses strong intuition, and is a valued mentor and inspiration to others. A Groundbreaker embodies the spirit of embarking on new endeavors with enthusiasm and determination. The 2024 Groundbreaker Award winner is Denis Tepavac, a Lead Associate based out of our Melbourne office with 14 years of experience in tunneling on a wide range of transportation, water, and wastewater projects, both in Australia and internationally.
