Delve Underground announces that John Murray has been appointed Regional Manager for Delve Underground’s US East Region. John is a Principal Engineer based out of Delve’s New York office and has been with the firm since 2003. He has over 25 years of experience consulting on transportation, water, and wastewater tunneling projects. As East Regional Manager, he will be responsible for overseeing operations in Delve’s New York,* New Jersey, Washington DC, and Boston offices.
