Raina Gray, PMP, is based in Delve Underground’s Seattle office and has more than 25 years of experience in the AEC consulting industry, specializing in project controls. Since joining Delve Underground in 2016, she has worked closely with project teams and company leadership to oversee and develop project controls activities and best practices, including project cost analysis and tracking, work breakdown structure and budget development, project financial metrics and performance, and the project controls management of multidisciplinary projects. Raina serves as Delve Underground’s Project Controls Practice Lead and earned her Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2020.
David Kubik, CPEng, IntPE, is based in Delve Underground’s Auckland office and has 23 years of civil engineering experience across a wide range of large-scale civil infrastructure projects. He specializes in the structural design of permanent and temporary works designs for underground, aboveground, and marine projects. His construction-phase involvement, often liaising directly with contractors, provides him with a deep understanding of construction project requirements. David holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. He is a Chartered Professional Engineer and International Professional Engineer in New Zealand, and a Registered Professional Engineer in Australia.
Patrick Lam, PG, CEG, is based in Delve Underground’s Los Angeles office and has over 24 years of experience in the AEC consulting industry. He has managed and/or provided technical services for more than 800 environmental, geological, instrumentation, and geoconsulting-related projects spanning every stage of the project lifecycle, including feasibility, planning, design development, exploration, construction coordination, closeout, and long-term operations. Patrick holds a BS and MS in Geology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in California and Utah, Certified Engineering Geologist in California, and Licensed Engineering Geologist in Washington.
Mun Leong, PE, is based in Delve Underground’s Seattle office and has 26 years of experience as a resident engineer, construction manager, cost estimator, scheduler, contract administrator, inspector, and field engineer for public water, wastewater, and transportation projects, with an emphasis on tunnel and bridge work. His background also includes extensive scheduling and claims analysis. Mun serves as Delve Underground’s Construction Management Practice Lead (West). He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and an MS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in California and Washington.
Neal Wedding, PE, is based in Delve Underground’s Cleveland office and has 29 years of engineering experience. He has extensive expertise in the detailed design of structural systems, lifting devices, foundations, excavation support, temporary and permanent ground support, and permanent linings for tunnels and shafts. Neal also has a proven track record in designing equipment for drill-and-blast shafts and tunnels, as well as equipment used for record-setting shafts excavated by both blind bore and raise bore methods. He holds both a BS and an MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville. Neal is a Professional Engineer in Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, West Virginia, Rhode Island, Minnesota, Texas, and Washington, DC.
