Raina Gray

Project Controls Practice Lead

Raina Gray has more than 23 years of experience in the AEC consulting industry, specializing in project controls. Since joining Delve Underground in 2016, she has been working directly with project teams and company leadership overseeing and coordinating project controls activities such as analyzing and tracking project costs, WBS and budget development, and project controls management of multidisciplinary projects. Raina’s experience includes preparation of reports; earned value tracking, development of budget and forecasting metrics; maintaining cost controls and deliverables following owner requirements and deadlines; support of change management, including preparation and compilation of documents for contract and contract modifications; and reviewing rates for compliance. As the practice lead, Raina understands project management principles; develops and implements project controls strategies, policies, and procedures for the company; and guides and mentors the firm’s team of project controls professionals.

Raina earned her Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2020.
