Patrick has over 28 years of experience in project and construction management, with a proven track record of delivering water, wastewater, environmental, and heavy civil construction projects in both standard and alternative delivery environments. He has a strong background in managing multiple stakeholders on design-build and design-build-finance projects, including design consultants, joint-venture partners, Indigenous groups, and municipal, provincial, and federal government partners. Patrick has experience managing large infrastructure projects on behalf of both owners and contractors.
