Mun Leong has 24 years of experience as a resident engineer, construction manager, cost estimator, scheduler, contract administrator, inspector, and field engineer for public water, wastewater, and transportation projects, with an emphasis on tunnel and bridge projects. His experience also includes significant scheduling and claims analysis work.

Mun holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and an MS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in California and Washington.
