Michael (Mike) Seluga has more than 18 years of design, engineering, and project management experience with a focus on civil engineering and underground infrastructure. His primary area of expertise is as a multidisciplinary project manager experienced in leading various internal and external teams with design development, while also managing project scheduling and financial oversight. His prior owner experience included the management of professional services design contracts, resulting in capital improvements projects to a regional wastewater collection system. Mike brings a unique perspective, having experience as both a project owner and a project consultant.

Mike holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and is a registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and Massachusetts.
