Lori Lyons-Lachman

Project Management Community of Practice Lead

Lori Lyons-Lachman is a project management professional with more than 35 years of experience supporting complex infrastructure projects. She joined Delve Underground in 2012 and serves as the firm’s Project Management Community of Practice Lead. Lori’s expertise includes project management, contract administration, and change order and claims analysis.

Over her career and as part of the construction claims services practice, she has worked on a wide range of construction projects evaluating scope changes, contractual entitlement, schedule impacts, and cost impacts. Over the past nine years, Lori has been deeply involved in active design, design-build, and CMGC projects. She is currently supporting several key initiatives for public agencies such as the City of Portland Water Bureau, providing project management leadership for the design and construction of resilient public infrastructure. Her experience spans all phases of project delivery and reflects a strong focus on collaboration, risk management, and successful outcomes for clients.

Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley. She also has her Associate DBIA (Design-Build Institute of America) Certificate.
