Leigh Anne Zhang

Project Engineer

Leigh Anne Zhang is a professional engineer with 8 years of experience. Prior to joining Delve Underground, she gained knowledge in structural design as an intern on seismic retrofit projects for water treatment plants. Additionally, she served as a project control analyst at a construction consulting firm, where she performed schedule/​financial analyses for large-scale utility construction projects at the program level. Since joining Delve, Leigh Anne has been a major contributor to several large-scale water conveyance projects, including serving as the design engineer on EBMUD’s Orinda WTP-UV/Chlorination Project-Phase II and the Interlake Tunnel & San Antonio Spillway Modification in Monterey.
