Jeff has over 20 years of experience in underground construction, heavy civil construction, and mining on various projects throughout the country. Working as a superintendent of construction operations, Jeff brings valuable leadership experience in the field as well as keen insight into contracting in both union and non-union environments. As a field engineer, he has a firm understanding of quality inspection and safety of critical activities in heavy civil, underground, and mining industries. He brings extensive experience in shaft and tunnel construction, including various support of excavation work, freezewall, soil excavation, blasting, soil nails, tie-backs, micropiles, grouted rock bolts, shotcrete, concrete liners, and tunnel boring machines. This experience spans all types of underground construction, including water, wastewater, and rail.
