Greta Miller has 21 years of experience in human resources management and has provided human resources strategy and support for Delve Underground’s employees since joining the firm in late 2015. Greta has developed an in-depth understanding of the employment laws across the four countries in which the firm operates: United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as the nuances of the individual state and province laws of those countries. She is knowledgeable and innovative in her approach to designing, implementing, and managing programs that attract, retain, and develop talent. As a member of our senior leadership team, Greta helps the organization navigate the complex and changing human resources environment. Passionate about employee engagement, Greta looks for unique, creative, and fun ways to enhance the Delve Underground employee experience. She also serves on the Inclusion and Belonging Committee, Benefits Committee, and the ESOP and 401(k) administration committees.
Greta holds a BS in Human Resource Management and a BA in Spanish from University of Idaho. She also earned the Diversity and Inclusion for HR Certificate from Cornell University.
