Grant Finn is a principal engineer with more than 22 years of experience in civil and structural engineering on water, wastewater, transit, and transportation infrastructure projects spread over three continents. He has served as project manager or engineer of record on over a dozen large projects that required development of plans, specifications, estimates, analysis reports, code compliance certification, and engineering support during construction. Grant has specific expertise in the design and construction of shaft, tunnel, and portal facilities, with a special emphasis on seismic design and analysis. His work as lead structural engineer on a variety of infrastructure projects has helped him develop skills in coordinating large multidisciplinary teams to produce high-quality outcomes while utilizing 3D modeling for improved outcomes.
Grant holds an MEng in Civil Engineering from the University of Glasgow and is a registered Professional Engineer in Washington, Texas, Idaho, Alaska, British Columbia, Ontario, and Alberta; a Chartered Engineer (MICE) in the United Kingdom, and a Chartered Professional Engineer in Australia.
