Eric Westergren

Design Technology Group Practice Lead – East

Eric Westergren is a principal engineer with 33 years of experience in the design and construction of heavy civil infrastructure projects, with an emphasis on building information modeling (BIM), critical path method (CPM) scheduling, and project controls. Eric’s early career was spent working directly for heavy civil contractors on some of the nation’s biggest bridge and tunnel projects. Eric then became an early adopter of BIM authoring tools and offered 3D modeling / BIM services as a sole proprietor to contractors and attorneys facing complex challenges on a variety of heavy civil projects. Since joining Delve Underground, Eric has continued his passion for 3D modeling / BIM and has played a key role in the evolution of our 3D technologies, techniques, and workflows. 

Eric earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana.
