Emily de Robillard has over 10 years of experience in human resources management. Since joining the firm in 2020, her efforts have strengthened talent acquisition, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives, driving measurable improvements in organizational performance and employee satisfaction. Emily oversees all aspects of human resources strategy and operations, including talent management, organizational development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. She plays a key role in shaping policies and programs that empower our employees, nurture growth, and support a thriving and inclusive workplace.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Western Sydney and a Master of Work Health & Safety from the University of Newcastle, NSW. Complementing her academic achievements, she also holds certifications in Business Administration and Human Resources. Emily has provided support to Engineering committees in Australia by assisting with HR guidance with Engineers Australia subgroups, including Women in Engineering – Sydney Division and Australian Tunnelling Society – Diversity in Tunnelling; she looks forward to continuing this while also developing relations across the US Engineering Industry.
