Eddie Birnbaum

Associate Engineer

Eddie brings over 15 years of diverse experience in engineering, procurement, and management of heavy civil infrastructure projects. Working on both engineering design and construction management teams, Eddie leverages a unique perspective to achieve project success across multiple disciplines. Eddie has successfully delivered design packages, construction projects, and inspection programs for many municipal and state agencies, including Caltrans, BART, Valley Transit Authority, Golden Gate Bridge Highway and Transportation District, East Bay Mud, Santa Clara Valley Water District, and San Francisco Public Utilities Commission. Since joining Delve Underground, Eddie has focused on structural design, structural rehabilitation, and engineering support during construction for underground infrastructure projects.
