David Crouthamel

David Crouthamel is a principal engineer with more than 36 years of experience focused on tunnel, shaft, and excavation design and construction management. He has served as project manager and tunnel design lead for design projects with over half a billion dollars in construction value. He has worked on numerous design projects and site investigations, and has performed construction management duties for underground projects. David taught a Short Course on Pre-Excavation Grouting Techniques at the Colorado School of Mines. He has coauthored many publications regarding water inflows for tunnels and is considered an expert in groundwater control measures.

David holds an MS in Geological Engineering and a BS in Geological Engineering from University of Arizona and is a registered Geological Engineer in Arizona.
