Darlene Brown

Chief Financial Officer

Darlene Brown has been Delve Underground’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since early 2017. She has worked in the AEC industry since 1996, serving as CFO for many of those years. She is involved in all facets of company leadership, working hand in hand with operations to improve company performance. Darlene serves as the key point person for our ESOP and 401(k) plans in addition to the firm’s banking relationships. She is currently on the board of directors, and works with other senior executives and the audit committee of the board on financial, corporate governance, and management concerns. 

Darlene holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She graduated from the ACEC Senior Executives Institute program in 2007 and earned her certification as a Certified Public Accountant in 1990.
