Arnold Bautista

Information Technology Director

Arnold Bautista has more than 25 years of experience leading technology and information security initiatives for professional services organizations. Since joining Delve Underground, he has worked closely with firm leadership and project teams to ensure that technology, systems, and processes support business goals, growth, and operations while maintaining a strong focus on reliability, security, and client service.

Arnold’s experience includes developing and overseeing firmwide technology strategies; supporting business continuity and operational readiness; and guiding organizations through periods of growth, change, and modernization. He partners with leadership to align technology investments with business needs, improve internal workflows, and manages governance, risk, and compliance while also overseeing enterprise systems, vendor relationships, and firmwide technology programs. 

Arnold holds a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
