Andrew (Andy) Mencke is a principal engineer who has spent the past 20 years providing detailed design and project coordination leadership on major transit, water, and wastewater system expansions and upgrades. His leadership approach focuses on understanding his clients’ needs and working to communicate effectively and directing the project design team to develop solutions that work for all project stakeholders. His extensive experience delivering some of the Northwest’s largest transit and wastewater projects from their early stages through construction has given him a unique understanding of how to manage all project aspects.

Andy holds an MS in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and a BS in Civil Engineering from Gonzaga University. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Washington.
