Mark Paul has over 30 years of experience in the transportation, water, wastewater, and energy markets. His experience covers large-scale public infrastructure business and project development delivered under traditional design-bid-build and alternative project delivery methods. He is skilled in business development, pursuit and negotiation strategies, and developing teaming relationships with consultants and contractors.

Mark holds an MA from the School of Public Policy, a JD from the School of Law, and a BA from the University of California.
